Metallic Epoxy Hides Concrete Floor Problems

This customer in Chatham, MA had a concrete floor that showed years of stains, floor paint residue and other defects in the concrete. They wanted to update the space and liked the look of acid stained concrete flooring. After explaining why acid stain may not work well due to the condition of the concrete — we suggested a metallic epoxy floor. The metallic floor system has black epoxy primer coat that hides defects, yet gives the look of acid stainning. The job was done in “Coral”, (metalic color pigment #P1303).
